Our journey began in 2015 when Seima, a Project Manager at Carlsberg, and Lennart, leading projects at a major Data & AI consultancy, first collaborated. In 2017, they joined forces in the Data & AI consultancy, and spent years building teams & processes, leading strategic projects, and driving successful transformations. Their partnership is built on trust, shared values, and a strong drive to make things happen.
With 45+ years of combined experience, we specialize in program leadership, strategic project execution, PMO set-up and process optimization—always with a focus on clear goals, strong execution, and momentum.

With over 15 years of experience in strategic project and programme management, Seima is a proven leader specializing in PMO development, governance, and process optimization. She has built and led high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence while driving large-scale programmes and projects.
With a strategic mindset—sharpened by an MBA module in strategy—she bridges vision and execution, ensuring business goals translate into tangible results. As a hands-on leader, Seima thrives on empowering teams, driving transformation, and delivering measurable impact.
Beyond work, she enjoys traveling with her family, staying active, and exploring new cultures—always balancing professional ambition with personal well-being.
With 30+ years of experience across transport, logistics, manufacturing, and IT, Lennart is a results-driven leader with a passion for scaling businesses and optimizing processes.
Having worked in roles from sales and management to program leadership and process optimization, he has been instrumental in scaling an IT consultancy from 25 to 150+ employees.
Known for his determination, direct approach, and ability to foster a strong team spirit, Lennart brings clarity and momentum while cultivating an open, constructive work environment.
Outside of work, he recharges by hitting the trails with his mountain bike or dog, pushing watts on the spinning bike, or enjoying active holidays with a good balance of hiking, cooking, and relaxation.
